?  If so, this retreat may be for you!

Come get lost and found again in the beauty and magic of Vermont. This retreat will be a treat for the body, mind and spirit, as participants will have a range of activities to ignite their flames and refill their cups; with Kundalini and Hatha yoga, meditation, expressive arts, sound healing, wilderness excursions and more. 

Located in Morrissville Vermont between 2 state forests, guests will be staying at a retreat home resting on 12 acres across from hiking trails, and plenty of space to explore and to find quiet time, while also having lots of great places to connect with community, be it in the fully stocked yoga studio, the hot tub, or circles around the fire pit.

With a private chef, guests will be nourished with fresh and healthy meals daily. *Specials request, dietary considerations are fine. 

Room options are community style, each room has 2 or more beds. (If you wish to share a room with a friend please notify me).

8pm - Letting Go/Fire Circle and Cacao (ceremonial chocolate) Ceremony
9pm - Sound Bath

11am - Outing to Park/Hike (those who would like to stay for personal time may do so)

No yoga experience necessary. This retreat is for all who are looking to deepen their connection to themselves, to learn and to grow in a safe and supportive environment. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.

In the Spring I will be setting up a Facebook Group to get participants connected and to coordinate ride shares if necessary, review travel plans, and share any updates.
